« I want to involve players as early as possible in the game's development to make sure it's fun and evolves in the right direction.

Community feedback has already had a significant impact on From Glory To Goo. Including the addition of more QoL features, gameplay balance and general improvements across its factions and game modes. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« The game will remain in Early Access for roughly another 18 months (2027/2028). As I will be adding at least 1 more playable, asymmetric faction and additional campaign chapters. This will allow me to ensure the campaign delivers a compelling and polished experience. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« I plan to add a large scale campaign and continue to add more content to the survival mode. Extra content would include more units, aliens, buildings, skills, ship modules, biomes, captains and ships. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« The game currently contains the 1st chapter of the Campaign, a Survival mode, a roguelite "Operations" mode and Map Editor. Survival and Operations have their own meta progression system separate from the Campaign. There are currently two different playable factions, The Humans and The Robots. Across the factions there are 14 playable captains which provide additional variety in playstyle.

In Survival mode you can choose from pre-made maps or play procedurally generated maps across three biomes. There are also a variety of unlockable captains and ships.

Since launch I have added the first chapter of the Campaign, Operations Mode, a meta-progression system for survival mode and a map editor. As well as many new units, buildings, captains and maps. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« I am planning to increase the price of the game some time after the second or third faction is released. Depending on the scope of the campaign there may be a further price increase at launch. »

Expand your colony in a hostile alien environment and ensure you can supply enough shelter, water and power to your colonists.

As your spacecraft is pulled in by the planet more Goo will be drawn to your colony. Hold back the waves and make the most of the time when things are quiet.

Recruit and build a variety of units, some unlockable through research or uniquely available to certain captains.

Expansion is the key to survival. Claim valuable resources, discover wreckage from previous doomed expeditions as well as native aliens to ally or destroy and other secrets to aid you in your fight.

More Features

  • Experience new strategic choices every time you play, with procedurally generated maps across different biomes.

  • Repairing and upgrading your colony ship is the key to survival. Send resources back into space to allow for new modules to be built like manufacturing zones, laboratories and an array of weaponry.

  • Choose from a variety of unique captains that gain experience and level up as the game progresses. Find and unlock new weapons, skills and passive abilities that will assist you in driving back The Goo.

  • Unlock more ships, captains and biomes when you complete objectives whether you win or lose.

  • Multiple factions with units and buildings you can use, ally or destroy depending on your captain and biome.
